  • How to develop style lines such as princess seams and paneled variations
  • How to create added fullness
  • How to draft gathers, ruffle, and flounces
  • How to draft yokes
  • How to draft various neckline variations
  • How to draft facings
  • How to draft buttons and buttonholes
  • Introduction to collars
  • Adding fullness to sleeves, and other creative variations
  • Sleeve Cuffs
  • How to create a draft and extract a final pattern
  • How to add seam allowance, notch, and true the final pattern.

We will be using slopers from Pattern Lab (if you don't have one of your own)**, a company that generates custom-fitting slopers so that your final draft has the best possible fit for you.  The price for the sloper is not included in the workshop fee

To generate this sloper, you must input your measurements into their site.
However, this is not required for the first class. The instructor will introduce you to the site during class to familiarize you with the blocks needed. Once purchased, the sloper must be printed before the next scheduled class.

**Important - Students who have previously taken the Perfect Pattern Fit class are encouraged to use their finished patterns as their sloper for this class.
