Foundation Paper Piecing Workshop - Houses by Johanna Masko

In this workshop you'll learn the freezer paper-based method of foundation paper piecing, how it differs from traditional block construction and why so many quilters love it! You'll learn to make the first row of houses featured in our image and you'll have the whole pattern (which finishes at 16" x 28" plus the border) included in the workshop fee. You will be able to complete the rest at home on your own with your new skills.

Supply List - The pattern is included in the workshop price, as well as the freezer paper you will need for the class. You will get a detailed email in advance of the class with the materials you should bring but in the meantime, you can anticipate needing 4 or 5 Fat Quarters (quarter metre/yard cuts) or more (or equivalent in smaller pieces) of assorted quilting cottons in lights and darks. Note, we sell freezer paper at Fabric Spark, so if you want some to take home, you can buy it on the day of the workshop. 

Note - we are capping the class at 6 participants. If we have less than 2 participants, we will cancel the class and refund your full purchase price. Otherwise, workshops are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least a week's notice, we will give you a store credit. If you find you can't make it, with less than one week's notice, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
